Want to learn how to make delicious buffalo cauliflower wings? These buffalo cauliflower wings are easy, vegan and taste better than the real thing. The best part? They are completely meat-free!
Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Tabasco Brand Buffalo Sauce *cut with non-dairy milk if mixture is too spicy
- 2 tbsp Earth Balance butter
Vegan Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I used Veganaise)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dill
Cut and wash cauliflower. Cover cauliflower in batter, shake off excess batter and place on a non-stick baking sheet or parchment paper.
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
You can turn over the wings and bake for another 20 minutes if desired.
In a sauce pan, combine the vegan butter and buffalo sauce and bring to a slight boil, remove from heat and set aside.
Once wings are cooked, toss wings in buffalo sauce, bake for an additional 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix vegan ranch dressing ingredients together in a sealable container and serve.
I guarantee you that you will never want to eat regular chicken wings again after trying this recipe. The consistency is so similar to chicken that it’s scary. Why eat the legs of an innocent being and have to pick around bones and veins when you don’t have to? Try the difference!
